Pork Butchery Workshop

This small, hands-on class will walk you through breaking down a whole side of pork. This is a great opportunity to learn some butchery skills but you'll also learn about the different cuts of pork and how to make the most of the whole animal. Once the whole side has been butchered, we'll divide it into 4 parts so each participant can take home their share.
When: January 7th or 14th, 6:30 - 8:30
Where: Urban Digs Beasty Shop - 9247 Shaughnessy Street, Vancouver
Cost: $198.00 per person (includes 1/4 of the butchered side)
