Breakfast sausage: These smaller packs are perfect for breakfast. A nice, mild sausage with a hint of maple. What a great way to start the day. Also excellent for second breakfast ;)

Toulouse: A mild French sausage seasoned with just a touch of herbs and garlic, Toulouse is a versatile choice for almost any dish or on its own.

Andouille: We love this Louisiana style sausage for its smoky flavour that doesn't overpower and lets the delicious hammy taste of the pork shine through.

Merguez: This sweet and mildly spiced sausage is sure to be a crowd pleaser. Moroccan harissa combined with earthy cumin and coriander, along with some fennel and paprika give it just a hint of heat with loads of flavour.

Bratwurst: This popular German sausage is gently seasoned with marjoram and white pepper making it a great choice for kids and those who prefer milder flavours.
