The sheep have been an excellent addition to the farm given that drought now seems to be the norm, and not the exception. They are helping us to build more resilient soils and pastures through management intensive rotational grazing. They are a type of sheep called "hair sheep" which means that they naturally shed their thick winter coats in the spring, making them well suited to our hot, dry climate. This lamb is 100% grass finished and pasture-raised.
