The bad news is that most of our 2024 lamb flock turned out to be girls so we have very limited quantities of lamb available this season. The good news is that most of our 2024 lamb flock turned out to be girls so we will have more lamb available in 2025 than we expected :) The sheep have been an excellent addition to the farm given that drought now seems to be the norm, and not the exception. They are helping us to build more resilient soils and pastures through management intensive rotational grazing. We're looking forward to welcoming the 2025 lambs in late April/early May. This lamb is 100% grass finished and pasture-raised.
