There is nothing more sustainable than herbivores raised on the range. Well-managed grasslands can sequester more carbon than forests and responsible grazing methods actually build soil and sequester more carbon than is produced by grazing animals. Our beef is never shipped off to be "finished" on grain in a concentrated animal feeding operation (CAFO). They spend their whole lives out in the pastures. Their diets are supplemented with fresh vegetables & fruit which they love and enhances the flavour of the meat.
Our beef is raised with love in the beautiful Nicola Valley on ranches and ranges where we regularly pitch in and work side by side with the ranchers who are also some of our closest friends & neighbours.
