There is nothing more sustainable than herbivores raised on the range. Well-managed grasslands can sequester more carbon than forests and responsible grazing methods actually build soil and sequester more carbon than is produced by grazing animals. Our beef and bison are never shipped off to be "finished" on grain in a concentrated animal feeding operation (CAFO). They spend their whole lives out in the pastures. Their diets are supplemented with fresh vegetables & fruit which they love and enhances the flavour of the meat.
Our beef comes from a number of small local farms and Empire Valley Beef.
