Pasture-Raised Easter Ham
Perfect for holiday entertaining, choose from a large, bone-in smoked ham or a smaller boneless ham. Made from our own pasture-raised, GMO-free, heritage breed pork, loved for its buttery texture and rich flavour. Brown sugar cured, fully cooked and ready to go. Simply reheat, crisp up the skin and serve! Will keep for 3 weeks in the fridge. Slice & freeze the leftovers for amazing ham sandwiches, pea soup, breakfast, etc. etc.... Make amazing smoked pork stock with the bone!
Straight from Filipe, our butcher - your failsafe way to a delicious ham: Cover in foil and place on rack. Place rack on top of baking tray and add liquid of your choice (suggestions: beer, wine, stock, water). Re-heat at 350 degrees until meat thermometer reads 135-150. For bone-in, remove foil, turn oven to broil, and cook until skin is crispy.
The ham was awesome! Super smokey flavour and great bark. Also, it was HUGE! Definitely felt that we got our money's worth.

You can pick up your ham the week of April 10-14th at the Blue Sky Ranch Butcher Shop. When you check out, you will still be given the option of delivery. The robot that runs our web store does not understand about hams. So please select "pick up at the Butcher Shop" if this is the only item you are ordering. If you are adding on to another order, we can still deliver your other items as usual the week of April 5-8 but your ham will be available for pickup at the shop the following week.
